A player may cancel their subscription or per turn payment plan to any online game at any time. The player will then receive a refund for any turns that have not been processed. For any cancellations or refunds please submit a request through our Help Desk.
How do I get a refund for online digital goods that I have purchased?
You can buy with confidence since GPI offers a 30-day return policy. Most of our products are electronic in nature and delivered via download. However, if the product is not as advertised, you are unable to download your purchase, or for any assistance with your order please submit a request through our Help Desk.
How do I cancel my purchase of online digital goods?
The purchase may be cancelled within 24 hrs. However, due to this policy the purchaser will not receive the download link for the product until after the cancellation period has expired. For any assistance with your order please submit a request through our Help Desk.
How do I return the physical items that I have purchased online?
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. GPI will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
GPI will replace any items damaged while in transit.
Used items may not be returned for a refund.
